Cloud 9 is a Support Service that caters to the NDIS Community with high emphasis on Mental Health and the Youth.
Cloud 9 is all about mentorship and positive role-modeling for the community whilst creating a safe and welcoming environment for individuals to freely express who they truly are and embrace upon who they want to become.
We take in consideration of all life experiences and work closely with the individual along with their family members and anyone involved in their lives to pursue to better days.

We are extremely passionate on supporting individuals in their day to day lives in which we have fun and laugh whilst building and strengthening who they are and seek to become.
The Cloud 9 Team are all unique in their own way in which we all bring something different to the table but have a common ground of a kindred spirit.
This safe haven that we have created ensures that we are all one big happy family, helping one another navigate through life with all of it’s good and bad days.
ABOUT US
Our Story
Cloud 9 was founded by Vintiago in 2022, where he had an idea of creating a support service that is calming, nurturing, and friendly. He manifested the idea and had nothing but a notebook and pen with countless ideas.
It came to fruition when he lost his grandfather to cancer in which his grandfather wished for him to create his own service to help people in need, during his health journey.
The Founder had a strong driving force into creating Cloud 9 and had the ultimate mission to make his grandfathers last final wish come true.
Cloud 9 resembles the day that his grandfather passed (the 9th) in which the name “Cloud 9” came to life.
This support service was created with the intention of creating a space that felt non-clinical and extremely welcoming to the community.
Our approach was to differentiate Cloud 9 from the rest and how important it is to align with the “9” values that we have created. The team of Cloud 9 is carefully selected with thorough checks in not only their qualifications, but through a personality check as well, strive on only allowing people to join the team with the right personality which fits Cloud 9 Values. We prioritise on quality over quantity as we are only willing to grow and expand, dependant on if the person fits our standards and are in it for the right reasons.
Our approach is to normalise the feeling of needing supports as we whole heartedly understand the importance of gaining supports whether it be from family, friends, or seeking a professional service for guidance.
